Optimail combines a compact stylish design with increased franking speed and more functionality.
Optimail franks mail faster than MyMail and has extra functions. It is an excellent choice for multiple users. Up to 9 different customised logos can be stored and called up at the press of a button.
As with MyMail, Optimail uses the TELESET service (postage via modem) so you don't need to make time consuming trips to the post office. Optimail also supports the presentation of your corporate image and design (or return address). Nine different advertising logos can be saved electronically. Chip card motifs can be updated according to changes in corporate design or when communicating new business ideas.
The Optimail franking machine can administer up to nine cost centers. Regular adjustments can be called up by quick-dial memory. Cost reports can be printed directly from the machine.
The Optimail is one of the only franking machines on the market that handles DX mail. It prints DX Indicia and reports on DX mail by number of items and value. We strongly recommend that companies using DX mail consider the Optimail machine for big savings on their mailroom costs.
