What is Pricing in Proportion?

Pricing in Proportion is a new pricing structure that puts the emphasis on the size of the item sent instead of the weight.

There will be three new categories of post:

  1. LETTER

    1. Size - up to a C5 envelope (or folded A4 sheet of paper)
    2. Thickness - up to 5mm
    3. Weight - up to 100g

  2. LARGE LETTER

    1. Size - up to a standard unfolded piece of A4 paper
    2. Thickness - up to 25mm
    3. Weight - up to 750g

  3. PACKET

    1. Size and Thickness - Larger than Letter or Large Letter
    2. Weight - Price bands by weight
